If you ordered a Christmas Tree, or large commercial unit,
this is the right place to begin tracking your order.
Our trees and many commercial products are too big to be
handled by UPS, our main shipping method. Therefore, we
will ship your package by our Alternative Freight Carrier.
This is to insure that your product is safely transported and
arrives in perfect condition for many years of service.
To track your shipment with our Freight Carrier, please
send a note thru our Rudolph's
Rescue System and request the latest information on the
location of your shipment.
Rudolph will get one of our elves to track down your shipment
and will reply, thru e-mail, with the location and estimated delivery date
of your package.
